From 2027, Fun & Adventure Camp and Unite Camp will join together to create something new in South-East Queensland (SEQ) – Queensland Youth Convention (QYC)

While the Presbyterian Church Of Queensland has deep gratitude for the camping ministry that has served churches over many decades, the time has come to consider what this ministry will look like into the future.

QYC will continue to be an opportunity for teenagers to hear the Bible taught, the Gospel to be proclaimed and to connect with young people around SEQ. While the specifics are still being worked through, it will involve youth groups coming together for three nights at Mount Tamborine on 17-20 September 2027.

There will be time for ‘all-in’ bible teaching and activities, but groups will also have time together. These are significant changes, but our hope is that by wisely stewarding our resources, more and more young people in South East Queensland can know and follow Christ, to God’s glory.

Stay tuned as more information will be available through this page, or join the mailing list below so you can hear the latest.
