Join us for an information morning about the SQ Launch Camp and how it partners with churches to disciple teenagers now and into the future, both in Queensland and beyond.

The vision of Launch Camp is to encourage, build up and equip young Christian leaders to love and serve Christ in His church and the world now and in the future. We seek to achieve this by running an annual training camp in partnership with local churches for youth in the upper years of high school (Grades 10-12) to help them develop their gospel communication and leadership skills so they may faithfully read the Bible and teach it to others.

Churches and Christian organisations are aware of the challenge of developing leaders to serve God’s people in a variety of contexts; likewise, there are challenges as high-schoolers transition into adult ministries. While Launch Camp alone will not solve these challenges, it is an important part of the conversation about how the next generation of leaders are being raised. Launch Camp is an opportunity to engage with both of these challenges as together, we seek to disciple the next gerenation of leaders.

Since 2025, SQ Launch has partnered with Youthworks’ Leaders In Training Camps, to share resources and work together to disciple young people. This has been a fruitful partnership, connecting Queensland with other Leaders In Training Camps around Australia. We look forward to hearing from both Danny Mitchell (SQ Launch Director) and Andy Stevenson (National Leaders In Training Director) on the day.
