Camps & Receivership

You may be aware the Presbyterian Church of Queensland is in receivership due to issues with the aged care arm, PresCare. The receiver has advised that the other aspects of the Church will operate on a “business as usual” basis.

Please know, all camps in 2021 will go ahead, unless otherwise advised. The money paid for these camps is only applied for the costs of the camp specified. Each camp is required to complete a budget and then have it approved prior to the camp running. The price charged for each camp reflects the budgeted costs of running the camp, so that it will break even. If a camp is cancelled , your money will be refunded less a small administration fee.
